With 15 years of military service transitioning from a medical field enlisted role to military intelligence as an officer, Ciera brings a unique blend of leadership and adaptability. Currently residing in the vibrant city of Chicago, Ciera is a proud mother of four daughters and a devoted spouse.

In the realm of DEI, Ciera has left an indelible mark, steering the Abbott Veterans Network as Global Chair.
