Chancellor Collective Refund Policy

Introduction
At Chancellor Collective, we serve both private individuals and corporate clients with customized services including leadership development, executive coaching, inclusive strategy consulting, and high-impact learning experiences. Due to the strategic and often personalized nature of our work, our refund policy reflects the level of preparation, intellectual property, resource allocation invested in each engagement, and service delivery integrity.
We take pride in the quality of our work and the transformative results we help create. Our refund policies are therefore structured differently for individual clients and corporate organizations to ensure fairness, clarity, and respect for both parties.
We differentiate between individual clients and corporate clients to ensure that expectations, commitments, and contractual arrangements are clear for each engagement type.
For Corporate Clients
Corporate clients include organizations, teams, or businesses contracting services on behalf of employees or groups.
Speaking Engagements:
To secure a speaking engagement, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the scheduled event. If cancellation occurs more than 7 calendar days before the event, only the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event, or failure to pay in full by the deadline, will result in the full speaking fee being due. No refunds will be provided after the event has taken place.
Training, Consulting, and Organizational Services:
Once an engagement begins - defined as the initiation of any planning meetings, preparation work, access to materials, or delivery of services - all fees are non-refundable. If a cancellation is made before work begins, the client may request that prepaid funds be converted to a credit toward future services, pending availability and mutual agreement. All materials, strategies, and deliverables created prior to cancellation remain the intellectual property of Chancellor Collective.
Corporate-Sponsored Masterminds:
Seats purchased by an organization for internal cohorts are non-refundable and non-transferable once registered. In limited cases, substitution of a participant from the same organization may be allowed prior to the cohort start date with advance written approval.
For Individual Clients
This section applies to clients enrolling in services not tied to an employer, sponsorship, or organizational contract.
Digital Courses:
All digital course sales are final. For courses longer than 30 days, individuals may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by submitting a written request and demonstrating sincere engagement with the material (e.g., completed assignments, attended sessions). Shorter courses and self-paced products are non-refundable. Refunds will not be granted for failure to complete, change of schedule, or non-participation.
Mastermind Groups:
Due to limited capacity, individualized preparation, and the cohort model, all mastermind program fees are non-refundable. Clients who experience documented emergencies may request a one-time deferral to a future cohort, subject to approval and program availability.
Coaching Packages:
Coaching sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments without notice will result in the session being forfeited. Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place. If no sessions have occurred, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
General Terms (Applicable to All Clients)
All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing to leadership@chancellorcollective.com. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.
Chancellor Collective reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available at www.chancellorcollective.com.
